Course Fee Payment & Refunds
Deposit Requirements
The deposit is non-refundable and must be paid when booking the course.
Cancellation Window
Course places can be cancelled within 14 days of payment of the deposit, by notifying us in writing. However, if the course start date falls within 14 days, TotalBarber may charge 25% of the course fee if we cannot fill the vacant spot. The deposit remains non-refundable regardless.
Payment & Guarantee
Your place on the Course will only be guaranteed once full payment has been received. Fees must be paid by the invoice due date, or the course place may not be guaranteed.
Non-Attendance or Removal
If you fail to attend, do not complete the course, or are removed for behavioural violations per our Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of course fees, unless agreed in writing by TotalBarber. Refunds for non-attendance are discretionary.
Final Payment Terms
All payments made are final and non-refundable except where the Course is cancelled by TotalBarber, excluding cancellations caused by your breach or force majeure events.
