Terms of Service

TB London Barbering & Academy Ltd (Company No. 16572169) trading as TotalBarber Academy.

1. Enrolment & Booking

  • A student place is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
  • The minimum deposit accepted is £500.00.
  • If the student pays the full course fee upfront, the first £500.00 of that payment will be treated as the deposit.
  • All deposits and course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Where a student applies and pays for their course through one of our approved finance partners, the Academy will require a minimum deposit of £500 (or an agreed amount between both the Academy and student) at the time of enrolment.
  • The deposit agreed will be held as security until the finance company has released full payment to the student. Failure to pay will result in the agreed deposit being non-refundable.
  • Once funds have been received from the finance company, the deposit will be deducted from the student's final balance.
  • Enrolment is for the specific course and dates booked. Course dates may be changed by agreement with the Academy.
  • Students enrolled on part time courses must agree in advance the specific days they will attend the Academy.

2. Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless a payment plan has been formally agreed and signed in writing.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in removal from the course with no refund.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All fees are non-refundable in every circumstance.
  • If the Academy cancels a course, students may transfer to an alternative date or receive a credit toward a future course.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Attendance, Punctuality & Rescheduling

  • All set courses are Monday to Friday (unless agreed otherwise). Please refer to the Academy's website and correspondence for days relating to other courses.
  • Students must attend all scheduled days and times.
  • Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
  • If a student wishes to attend on a more flexible or sporadic basis, the Academy must approve this. If successful, they must submit their preferred days for the following week no later than the Friday before. Allocation of requested days is subject to Academy approval and is not guaranteed.
  • Where a student has confirmed attendance on specific days, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required if they are not able to attend. Failure to attend without at least 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of that day, which cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
  • If a course is paused or a student requires a break, rescheduling must take place within two years of the original start date booked.
  • Repeated lateness or non-attendance may result in removal from the course after two written warnings.
  • TB London Barbering & Academy reserves the right to change and confirm another date or days if necessary during the course.
  • TB London Barbering & Academy reserves the right to amend dates and times in the event of delays or circumstances affecting the training.
  • In the event that TB London Barbering & Academy has to close for a few days, those days will be added to the end of the course.
